I wanted to let you know how happy we were to work with Emily when buying our house. She was always available when we needed and never complained and let us do what we wanted to do. She was very helpful when closing from a distance, as well as “service after the sale”. Also, we really missed her when our agent in Kent didn’t perform as well as Emily did. She even helped us when they messed up after we moved and didn’t have an internet connection.
